Mr. Editor: I desire to inquire through your paper for any informa-tion [information] that can be given about the fol-lowing [following] persons--my mother and my father, Richard Tillen and Rhody Blount. I was taken from them by Winfield Weaver and sold in North Carolina. I left them and my broth-ers [brothers], Davis and Nelson, and my sister Ellen Tillen in Bellfield, Greenville county, Va. My brother Andy Tillen and sisters Chanie Atkins and Sarah Tillen were left at Brunswick, Va.
Any information concerning the whereabouts of all, or any of the above named parties will be very thankfully received.
