Mrs. Francis Bell searching for her father J. W. Bell and brother Elijah Hall or Bell

DEAR EDITOR—I wish to inquire for my wife's father and brother. Her brother's name is Elijah Hall, but is called sometimes Elijah Bell. He left here in 1870 and went to Cairo, Ill., to find her father. Her father's name is J. W. Bell. She married but didn't change her name, Francis Bell. Address me at Cumberland Furnace, Tenn. MRS.
